HASTINGS, Neb. -- Finding a way to fitness that fits your individual needs is a challenge for everyone. The Hastings YMCA will host a special Fitness Frenzy Saturday to help people sort through the problem.
Routines that can be a easy or difficult as you choose will be taught in four different areas: resistance band, Bosu exercise ball, kettlebell and foam roller. The morning begins with a weight lifting exercise.
YMCA trainers demonstrated each of the four main disciplines on NBC Nebraska Today.
The Fitness Frenzy begins at 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the 16th Street YMCA in Hastings.
